How long will my order take to be delivered?

We post out all orders the same day if ordered before 4pm.

In the UK we send through Royal Mail 1st Class which normally arrives the next business day.

Posting abroad can take 5 - 15 days to arrive.

Will I be able to track my order?

Sometimes. This depends on the value of the item and which service it gets shipped through. If there is a tracking number available once your order has been shipped we will of course provide it to you as soon as possible.

My item(s) have not arrived and the quoted delivery time has passed, what do I do?

Unfortunately things can sometimes get delayed or lost in the post so in this rare instance contact us straight away using our contact form here and we will arrange a refund or replacement item to be sent out to you.

Returns & Warranty

Do you accept returns?

My item has arrived damaged, what do I do?

If the item arrives damaged or defective in any way then contact us here quoting your order number and brief explanation of the problem and we will organise a replacement item or full refund to be issued to you.

How long will my return take to process?

Once we have safely received your return to our UK office we will process your refund within 48 hours. This will then take between 1-3 business days to clear back into your account.

Who is responsible for the return postage cost?

If the item is defective then we will of course be happy to cover the return postage cost.

If the item is unwanted or an incorrect size, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost.

Do you provide a warranty on my purchase?

We are happy to offer a 3 month warranty on every item purchased. This covers all manufacturer faults and defects however does not cover buyer mistreatment and misuse.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept online payments from all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

Can I pay over the phone?

Unfortunately we cannot currently accept payments over the phone.

I have a discount code, how do I use it?

Lucky you! After you have added the products you are after to your cart, click 'Check out'. Then enter the code in the 'Discount' box on the right hand side of the page and click apply. The total will then be automatically updated with the discount in place.

Are my payment and details secure?

Absolutely. We are certified level 1 PCI DSS compliant meaning that all payment and details are completely secure. Furthermore, we have an SSL certificate which adds 256-bit encryption security to our site.
